Since January 1, 2024, a vast number of entities in the US have been obligated to disclose their beneficial ownership information (BOI) under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). This legislation mandates that these entities submit their BOI to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and keep the agency promptly updated on any changes to this information.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to https:\/\/boiefiling.fincen.gov\/<\/a> <\/strong>and click on Get Started <\/strong>under Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Reporting:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
