Well, Stripe can send you money to a EUR, GBP or a USD bank account, and to get one you have to sign up with services such as Payoneer or TransferWise, both of them give you bank details for all these currencies.

So you sign up with one of these services, you get bank account details, you add this bank details to your Stripe account and then once Stripe sends the money to your bank account you can then withdraw it either by a direct bank transfer from for example Payoneer to you local bank account, or you withdraw money using the credit card Payoneer/TransferWise gives you.
