Renewing your subscription with Privatily is a straightforward process, designed with ease and affordability in mind.

For our US-based clients, the renewal process begins one year after your initial subscription. We charge an annual fee of $99, which covers the use of our registered agent service and our US mailing address as your company’s official address. This service is crucial to maintain the compliant operation of your business in the US.

For our UK-based clients, the renewal process is similarly timed to begin one year after your initial subscription. We charge an annual fee of £59 for the ongoing use of our address as your company’s registered office address. This service ensures your company maintains a valid and compliant address in the UK.

Both of these annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. This allows you the flexibility to adapt your business needs as they change over time. If you decide you no longer require one of these services, simply inform us, and we’ll assist you in the cancellation process.

Please note, these charges do not cover state filing fees or any other third-party fees, which are the client’s responsibility. We advise all clients to keep track of their renewal dates and to reach out to us if they have any queries regarding the renewal process.
