You can use the same Stripe account for different stores/websites if they all fall under the same legal entity and share the same tax ID and business information. However, using one Stripe account for multiple distinct businesses may lead to confusion due to shared public business information on customer statements. If each store/website operates as a separate business, it’s recommended to set up individual Stripe accounts for each to maintain separate public business information, statement descriptors, and financial records.
